The difference between the knowledge that students acquire in class and the skills that are really required to respond to the true labor demand that currently exists in the world is evident.
It is for this reason that at the European School of Santa Marta we train academically, but we also have our sights set on discovering and promoting the 'soft skills', that is, soft or interpersonal skills, such as active listening, creativity, learning ability, teamwork or resilience, among many other talents. These are things that are not learned in a purely theoretical class. They are acquired throughout life through experience.
European opens spaces for reflection and active participation by students so that they can develop their own talents and abilities.
